FTBServer-1.6.4-965.jar Not Launching

Details of the issue:
Tried running an Agrarian Skies server with a friend and the launcher is crashing, it was working previously but now, after months mind you, it crashes before setup can even complete. I've tried to replace the file but have had no success​
