Title FTBLauncher 1.4.13 fps problem

Details of the issue When I updated the Ftb launcher from 1.4.12 to 1.4.13 my fps dropped from 40fps to under 20fps. Could someone tell me how to fix this problem?

Same for me/us. Our Group updated to the new version of the launcher and we've all got the exact same problem as you describe it, just worse fps. 10fps standing still, 1 or 2 fps when moving. Absolutely unplayable.
Did someone come up with a fix so far? If seen only 2 or 3 threads about this.
