Problem FTB-YogCraft server error (Mac)

i have tried to run a whitelisted YogCraft server, I downloaded the file from the FTB website, I have the 'YogCraft_Server' folder and then I run the 'StartServer.sh' and I always get this error message:

Unable to access jarfile ftbserver.jar

Try chmod A+x /Users/******/Desktop/Yogcraft_Server/ftbserver.jar in your terminal, then launch via the serverstart.sh

Do I try that in a fresh new terminal window?

All it says is:

If i right click Terminal and click 'New Command' then put that in, I get the code above.
If i right click Terminal and click 'New Window' then paste it into that, I get:

FFS, this doesn't work, I tried, tried again, but it didn't bloody work, did it. Can someone not get a SIMPLE solution to this, take us through it step by step, god dammit?

Do this in Terminal after opening the .zip:

java -Xms512M -Xmx1G -jar /users/****/desktop/yogcraft_server/ftbserver.jar
