FTB World Not Loading after Power Outage.

We Just had a power outage in my area while i was playing ftb Infinity and now when i try to log in it says loading and then shoots back to the main menu. any suggestions?

In the folder of ftb infinity there is a folder called "Backups" and should be a version of your world somewhere in there, in which it will rollback to a later date (Your last time the 120 minute backup was)
