FTB Won't launch

So i had FTB working for a few days and now all of a sudden it gives me this error

Fixed, had to disable AVG whilst i downloaded FTB

EDIT: Sniped xD

That's... a really unusual error. It's basically saying that Wireless Redstone can't find it's config file, but mods should auto-generate their config files if they don't exist anyway, so not sure what's going on.
The only thing I can suggest from some Googling is that you were using it in another program at the same time. Were you running two instances of Minecraft, or did you have the config file open in a text editor?
