FTB won't download new modpacks.

I tried downloading Horizon and Direwolf (1.6.4) and i keep getting an error about halfway through the downloading modpack thing that says Error was unable to download modpack. I tried updating the launcher and that didn't work.

Also there's a launcher that's open and it has a small white box that says error at the top. It won't let me close that or the launcher.
