FTb will not launch cant get URL ?

My friend in Australia cant seem to launch the FTB launcher

i have walked her through removing all files she even went onto another pc in the house that didnt have FTb on it installed it there and same error message. this happened randomly out of the blue this is the error message she is getting

I believe if i understand right what she telling me she is getting these errors after she hits launch after hitting the launch direwolf20 1.6.4

Tell her to wait for the download to complete. These mod packs take a while to download and install. Especially if you are on a slow connection. Have her leave it on over night. In other words press the launch button and go to sleep.

but shes been playing just fine before? it randomly one day said this.. we are not updating are mod packs. even though direwolf is updating we have not

Okay sorry I thought that you got this error from trying to reinstall the modpacks. Has she updated her antivirus program or changed it recently?

no she was playing one min logged off came back maybe hour later and these errers happened and same thing happening on another pc....im suspecting something in the interweb is a miss

update after 24 hours of this issue she can now log in.... wierd
