FTB vs. Windows 10

Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

I own a Minecraft for Windows 10 but FTB launcher and Technic Launcher wont start because I own it on Microsoft account and it wont fin it on Mojang account. Any ways to fix this and make ot compatible with Minecraft for Windows 10 and Microsoft account?

Minecraft for Windows 10 is the Bedrock Edition I believe - it runs on an entirely different system (not Java based) and so will not work at all unfortunately
