Problem FTB Utils : How to make a guide for a modpack ? (1.12)

Are you asking how to make a guide for an existing modpack? As in a tutorial?
Are you asking for a guide on how to make a modpack? Or are you asking how to make a guide on how to make a modpack for 1.12?
What has FTB Utils to do with any of this?
Is guide just a typo and are you actually asking on how to make a guild?

I think, at a guess, that what they're hoping to do is make a guide in a similar manner used in Age of Engineering, which is accessible the same way as the chunkloading is in FTB Utilities, so may be connected; apart from that I have no clue, but that was my feeling when I saw the post initially.

Yes, like Age of Engineering, but AoE is in 1.10 and my modpack in 1.12

Whether its 1.10 or 1.12 shouldn't make a huge difference to how its done I believe; it might be worth your while politely asking the person who put Age of Engineering together how they did the guide and if they had any recommendations or resource suggestions for further info?
