Im having a complete nightmare trying to setup the ranks file for FTBU.

I've looked at various example files for the Ranks.json, but none of them work.. There is little to none documentation compared to other permission plugins...

The ranks either re-write when my server boots up, or they just dont register at all (even when i do /edit_ranks, the window is blank).

When I check the Permissions window (through pressing E and the My Permissions), it shows permissions I haven't even setup...

Can someone PLEASE post me an example Ranks.json for 1.10.

Need a player, Mod & Admin Rank.

+1 this. My question is are these files broken because MC updated, or have these files never worked.

I use thut essentials and thut perms instead, I don't think these files are even supposed to handle stuff like that. I would like to know how to adjust chunk claiming/loading for different groups.
 
Do you know if the chunk claiming feature on this is hardcoded as well. I've found work arounds for everything troubling me, I'm looking to disable chunk claim features.
 
I think it's just the rank side of things that is hard coded? the chunk claiming and loading is set in the config file. You could just set that to 0?

Though haven't even looked at that side of things yet.
 
Local - FTBU - Config.json (the chunk claiming and loading options are in that config file)
