Request FTB Utilities Admin Chunk Claiming

Hello everyone,

I just have a simple question. On our server we don't want to allow chunk claiming so we disbaled it. We now need to claim some chunks for different Users. Is there a way to claim a chunk for a special user with a command?
So for example: I as admin want to claim 3 chunks for user X.

Yes the most current version I believe allows Admins to claim chunks for certain users.
