FTB Util Spawn Area Removal

Hello,

I have just recently updated to FTB Infinity Evolved, and with this there is the new 'Spawn Area'. We have many Physical player shops within this area, and now due to spawn protections, players can no longer break or place blocks in that area. Is there any way to disable or move the spawn area?

Currently running FTB Infinity Evolved 2.1.3.

Have you set spawn-protection to 0 in the server.properties?
