FTB Unstable 1.14 Creeper problem

Which Mod is causing Creeper's to run so fast towards you it looks like they teleport?
Under normal circumstances you cannot out run them.

That's probably not a mod so much as server/tick lag. And yes, you can get server lag in a single player instance, you have ever since the 1.3 update.

It's only Creeper's doing it, none of the other mobs at all. As soon as it sees me it does it
