FTB Unlimited Launch stuck at mc = class net.minecraft.client.Minecraft on Mac

Ive been looking all over the forums for my problem, which i have found a few but dont fix my problem exactly :\

This is an old issue that the only known possible solution is force update. Look here for more info.

This problem doesn't exactly have a fix that will work for everyone.

I've done the whole force update a couple times and reinstalled everything and it didn't make a difference...but to play I just used MultiMC and made a new instance with FTB ultimate and it launched fine like that
