I try load FTB Unleashed and i receive an error saying 'Forge mod loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation' whats the issue?

You have duplicate mods in your mod folder. Delete the old versions and try and run it again. If you haven't started anything on this mod pack, it might just be easier to delete the whole instance and redownload it. If you don't want to go digging through all the mods. If you have started a world or anything do not do that or you'll lose everything.

Hi I’ve tried deleting it multiple times and reinstalling it, it still didn’t work, any help?

Are you deleting it fully? The FTB launcher when you hit delete on the app doesn't really delete the full instance in your file system at least for me. I have to go to "Open Folder" close the FTB app then delete the instance for it to really be gone.

what do u mean? i tried 'open file location' then deleting the full file via recycle bin but it doesnt let me even with administrator option? I've only just recently rebought a pc after not playing for 2 years

Click "Open Folder" (Picture 1 red circle) on whatever instance of FTB Minecraft you want to delete in my case it's FTB Cotton for demonstration.

Click on "instances" on the file directory bar (Picture 2 red square) While remembering the first few digits of the current file you're in (Picture 2 aqua square). In my case, c872 will be enough.

Select the instance that you remembered from the last step right-click and delete it. (picture 3 red square)

**Note***
You'll only have multiple instances in the instances folder if you have more than one mod pack installed on the FTB Launcher.
