FTB Unleashed update + Mod Selection

I Have quite a few problems with FTB Unleashed:

• It will not update to version 1.1.3 (Even when directly downloading)
• It opens, but wont let me join a server saying FML not installed
• When I open the mod selection menu, it doesn't show any mods
