Windows .exe ftb unleashed server help

hi i have been running a server for the past few days fine and today it started rubberbanding/block laggiing but only if i join
how do i fix it i would post a crash file but its not crashing like normal the server cmd just starts spamming errors
ive whitelisted the server through my antivirus as well as put it outside the router firewall to reduce lag if that helps i can post any files if or as needed thanks
