FTB Unleashed Screen won't update! Please Help!!

Okay so the past couple days when playing ftb unleashed my screen only updates when i minimize the screen and it's getting really annoying cause i can't play with my friends. I've played ftb unleashed before but i don't know why it's doing this now. If you could help me this would be appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by update? Do you mean the mod pack version? Or do you mean what is happening on the screen? Have you made any changes to your computer as in software or hardware? Updates or removals?

I mean what is happening on my screen and I haven't done anything to the ftb pack other then add optifine which I have been using on ftb unleashed for a while now so I don't think its optifine.

Try removing optifine.
