If you didn't take a backup, I don't think so. You can try making a world with the same exact name as the one that was deleted, as that can cause the new world to actually generate the old one, but with a different spawn point. I'm not saying it'll work for sure, but there's a possibility. You'll just have to do a large amount of searching to see.
