FTB Unleashed, Optifine and Sphax

I enjoy playing with sphax, yet when i have optifine installed with a texture pack ( I have to use a texture pack or the game looks grotesque ) but no matter what version of optifine i use, i cant get it to work, and without optifine the game is unplayable

What modpack you used? And try to install optifine in the jar mods. And also use optifine that is recommended / made for you version

FTB Unleashed, it is in the jar mods and it is the correct version

Did it gave some error logs in the console or crashed the minecraft?

I recall reading in another thread that currently optifine can't handle texture packs that have over 1024 textures in a single folder, and there are a couple folders in Sphax that go over that. Thus, problems.
