FTB Unleashed modpack error

hello everyone!
Every time i launch the unleashed modpack i play for like 1 minute normally and than i lag

Looks like your system is running out of memory for ftb. With a 32bit os you can only allocate 1gb of ram to the launcher. Try turning down the video settings like render distance, particles and set it to fast graphics.

Is there a way to give FTB more ram? because i have 8g ram...
