Windows .jar FTB Unleashed minilags when hosting server

Hi!

So I'm hosting a server for me and a friend, but I'm getting these very small lags all the time, it's not noticeable but it can be seen very slightly.
I have checked if I'm using up my computer too much, but i use 5 gigs of ram on the server and 4,5 on the client, and I have a total of 12 gigs. My CPU doesnt go over 60% either. I installed optifine and put all settings to lowest and it doesnt help.
Anyone that has a fix for this?

For both you and your friend: use Vsync, it truly helps.
Also, use the JVM arguments from this thread: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/jvm-arguments-for-modded-minecraft-updated-9-22-13.28994/
Both for client, and the server. And you should not allocate more than 2GB for each one. It says in the thread, 2GB for FTB and 2GB for server. If you would be running a server for 20+ people then you would have to allocate more.
Also, does the server say, in the console, "Can't keep up!" ?

I have tried using Vsync. 2Gigs just seem so low, since it will slow down rendering of the world. But sometimes the server say cant keep up, yes. Next time we play i'll try to only use 2 GB for both. Thanks for the quick answer! :)

It's not, actually. On the thread I linked it clearly explains the different memories Java uses. They are really, really important and recommended. Also keep checking them for new arguments. They change the way Java uses that memory, to maximize its effect.

I tried setting the server and client at the recommended options, and I have NOTHING to complain about now. I REALLY appreciate your help! :)
