FTB Unleashed, disabled mods included in server?

Just downloaded the FTB Unleashed server bundle.

Noticing alot of mods are disabled, aka have been renamed to .zip.disabled

Such as
nucleum omnium beta

biomes o plenty
death timer
enchanting plus
hats
hatstands
nether ores
power converters
reliquary
vending

Any input on these mods? and why i should not enable them? or why i should and how I should go about it?

Balance issues.

Such as
nucleum omnium beta

It is the framework for death timer. Might as well not enable it unless death timer is enabled.

biomes o plenty

Issues with finding some trees/items/mobs. (Rubber trees, etc.)

death timer

Bugs.

enchanting plus

Doesn't interact well with Dartcraft.

hats
hatstands

No clue.

nether ores

OMG SO MANY DIAMONDS!!!!!111ONE

power converters

Various power loops (Like the old exploit where you could make more lava with a steam boiler than it took to power the boiler)

reliquary

"Too easy"

vending

No clue.

There are some notes here on the official spreadsheet which was posted in the news sections with the release of the packs which explains (though in not a huge amount of detail why the mods are disabled

enabling the mods in the server pack is easy, i just removed the .disabled at the end of the name and they worked fine

Could you explain the "Enchanting Plus -- doesn't interact well with Dartcraft" in a bit more detail. Does it cause bugs or corruption, or does it just become obsolete because of Dartcraft's enchanting method, or what?

E+ doesn't recognize Dartcraft's enchants. And Dartcraft's items have high enchantability. As such, you can enchant something with Dartcraft with the things you want, and then further enchant it with E+, ending up with an absurd number of enchants on a single item, very cheaply.

Vending isn't included because it's glitchy. Just attempting to open the Creative menu crashes the game.

With the Nether Ores, can't they alter the config to have Diamond Nether Ores less chance to spawn?

In the config file of Netherores, you can alter these values.

IreDiamondMinY=1
