Details of the issue My FTB was working fine yesterday. I did nothing to change or edit anything. I shut down FTB, went to sleep, and woke up to this. I have tried reinstalling with no luck.

Tell your antivirus program to ignore your FTB folder, it's performing a scan and Minecraft can't access the file being scanned.
