Windows .exe FTB Unleashed crashes not long after launch

i have been playing ftb unleashed for a month or 2 the other day it started to crash pleeeaasse help!!

Minecraft is unable to access the file listed, in your case it is loginTimes.dat This is most likely caused by your antivirus being overly zealous in its protection. Add the FTB folder to the exceptions list of your antivirus program. In your case you want to add folder, 'C:\Users\Brealan\Saved Games\FTB\' to the exceptions list. Be sure to check any boxes that say 'include sub-folders'
