FTB Unleashed Constant Crashes

Hi There

I am playing FTB Unleashed pack and at varying times from 5 mins up to an hour after starting the game, Minecraft stops and completely quits the game, no error message shows on screen but I have got the crash log here:

Is anyone able to advise me on what the issue is?

OpenAL stands for OpenAudioLibrary. This error is fixed by either updating your audio drivers or reinstalling Java or both. Your Java is really out of date update to update 45. Then try updating your audio and video card drivers.

I have updated my audio and video drivers as well as updating both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Java to the latest, yet this hasn't fixed the crash.

I'm not sure if the highlighted part might be the cause, but you should only have one version of Java. Go into the control panel and uninstall all 32bit versions and any older 64bit versions you see. Then restart. Also be sure you are not using any beta drivers and only use the recommended versions.
