FTB unleashed 1.1.3 crashes every few minutes

Over the past few days i've gotten crashes in FTB unleashed, they seem to be getting a bit more frequent. i hope you guys can help me out.

Did you add any mods to the pack ?

I only added optifine, could that be the reason?
I will try to remove it and see if it still crashes, seems to be an odd thing to do for an optimization mod.

Optifine usually causes problems for me so that might be the case.
