FTB Unleashed 1.1.2 Server Issue

So, i have never posted on the forums. Not sure if i have this is the right section or not but everytime i go into the nether i can stand there for about 15 seconds and the game will freeze and crash. This is a server that i play with just my cousin and I, and he has the same problem. I tested in single player as well and i didn't have this problem. Here is what it says in the console after i crash.
