I agree with Ash with all her comments please follow them in the next posts. This should will only happen when you add mods to a pack or do not use the configs that came with the pack's download as they are. Check here to fix this error if you added any mods. If you did not add any mods then you need to get the configs that came with the pack download and use them on both the client and server.
