FTB unhinged, item distrobution

I am using steeves cart tree farm, with furnaces to create charcoal as my power source, it is also powering the cart, but I get too much charcoal in the cart and need a way to regulate the amount of coal going to each destination.

I have 3 destination, Quarry, Factory, and cart. I want the cart to get 1 coal, the factory to get 3 coal and the quarry to get 2 coal. I normally would use a distribution pipe to do this.

IIRC Railcraft is in Unhinged? If so use Item Loaders/Unloaders.

Not sure how this is relevant. Just checked, Railcraft is in. So, if you want to evenly distribute items, use Item Unloaders with the filters exactly how you want them, and set up the redstone/item movement mechanics how you want.
