FTB Ultimate Server *HELP*

Hiya

I've done a search, done google search and there is next to nothing regarding the FTB server commands. I'm trying to enable cheats on the server so that the / commands work... there is probably a really simple solution to this. I'm using windows and this is my first FTB server. Previously had a Bukkit server on Linux and that was so simple to configure... this is mindboggling!!

Since the servers are vanilla, all vanilla commands work
