I recently purchased a server from Creeperhost, and whenever I try to start up the world, it says serve mod rejections. It then list a long list of things that are not the correct version. For example, "BuildCraft Lib: Requires version 7.99.24.1 but client has 7.99.24.2." I thought that when I purchased the server using the FTB Ultimate Reloaded version 1.9.1.

You need to use the same version on both client and server, if you have issues with the server you need to contact the hoster - in this case Creeperhost.
