Problem FTB Ultimate Reloaded crashing during loading and while playing

Hi. My game has been crashing consistently despite me reinstalling the FTB launcher and modpack multiple times. Often it will crash while loading, but if it gets past that stage it will crash either while connecting to a server, or randomly during gameplay. I've attached the error log for the most recent crash, which happened while I was in-game, connected to a server.

If anyone can shed some light on what my problem might be, it would be much appreciated.
