FTB Ultimate Reloaded Auto-Installer downloads broken server files

I tried to download the server files for Ultimate Reloaded 1.10 via the serverinstall_36_147.exe. I can't start the server afterwards because the launchwrapper file seems to be broken. I only get this error message if I use the start.bat:

I found other threads where a link for the wrapper was posted as solution, but it appears to be the same corrupted file.
