FTB Ultimate pack Mystcraft lag please help!!

Alright here's my problem, i'm playing on a server and i made a age bookworld. Me and a few other friends have been playing on this same age for about 2 weeks and never had any sort of lag problems whatsoever. Before I logged off for the weekend friday night the game was not laggy at all and the age was perfectly fine. I wasn't able to get on over the weekend so I finally got on monday night and all of a sudden the bookworld is a major lag for me but not any of my 3 other friends that play on the same age. The problem I am having is that when I do something it takes about a minute to 2 minutes for it to register on my side of the game, yet when i open a chest or flip a switch and my friend is watching, it happens instantly as it should. My FPS are normal so there is no physical lagging of walking/running around. Here's the weird part. I have went to another guys bookworld and there was absolutely no sign of lag at his age like there is at mine. Even once I go to the overworld i'm still lag free. It's only in my bookworld that it is happening, i've tried deleting the Ultimate folder and reinstalling it through the launcher and nothing helps.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, it's just odd that one day it's fine and the next it's complete lag. Nothing changed in my computer over the weekend, it's always off.
