Just a hunch here, turn off Optifine and see if it will launch.
Optifine really shouldn't be used with FTB anyway as it tends to actually decrease your performance or at best give you a negligible boost.
Too many mods just don't interact with Optifine well.
I do think there is a version out there though that will work though but no real performance gains.
