Windows .exe FTB Ultimate launching chrash

Hey guys,

Having problems to launch FTB Ultimate

FTB Launcher version (if this isn't the newest update update and try again):
Current (1.2.6)
Minecraft Version:
Current (1.6.2)
Java version:
Version 7 Update 25 (Build 1.7.0_25-b16)
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated:
When i'm launching FTB Ultimate (FTB Unleashed and Direwolf are working) the Minecraft window with the Mojang text apears but thats it => Minecraft crashes

Follow the steps here to rule out any problems with your setup.

If you still have problems then go here on how to obtain and post a log.

I have heard from someone before that having tekkit in the ftb path can cause issues.

I think my setup is ok, already tried the steps

Uh no your setup is not okay. Sorry to inform you, but it is your setup that is causing this. If your pack has GregTech and it sees that you have the word tekkit in your folder path to the mods it will throw this error. The solution is to either remove the word tekkit from the mods folder path or remove GregTech.

ok thank you, I underestimate the folder name. I renamed the folder and removed GregTech and now it works.
But the problem is that i want to play on a Server who is running with GregTech so i cant connect if i disable the mod /:



Edit: Its working now. I mentioned that i have to reinstall FTB completly thanks again :)
