FTB Ultimate FPS Drop

Hi when I first started playing my FTB world I had a stable 60 FPS, and after making a few machines and such I've suddenly dropped down to around 20-30 at the most. I have installed Optifine onto FTB Ultimate, which helped the lag, and I have also moved FTB Ultimate into my MultiMC launcher, which shouldn't cause any issue. I have also reserved 8 GB of ram for FTB when I play. My computer specs are as follows. Can someone please help me to fix this issue? As in get back to at least a stable 45 FPS?

Windows 7 Ultimate (64 Bit)
16 GB of RAM
1 TB Hard drive
AMD A8-5600k APU Quad Core (3.6 GHz)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti (2 GB Memory)
 
Do you have any gregtech centrifuges? If so, you can edit your config to turn off animation for it, made a big difference to my fps.
 
Yes, I have an Industrial Centrifuge and an Industrial Something or other. I'll try that and see what happens.

That didn't do anything at all...
