Windows .exe FTB Ultimate Crashing

Minecraft Version: 1.4.7

Java version: v7 update 21

Modpack: FTB Ultimate 1.1.2

Hi everyone my game keeps randomly crashing. I have followed the steps on http://desk.feed-the-beast.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/9/0/basic-troubleshooting to install FTB. i have not added any mods or changed any of the config files. I've tried force updating and completely deleting and re-installing FTB multiple times.

I posted in another thread with the same error. Which Anti-virus program do you have? If it is AVG you might want to try temporarily disabling it or if it has sandboxing disable that. See the first bullet point under the header 'Other USEFUL information' about AVG. Hope this helps.

Edit: This thread is what I referred to for possible AVG problems.

i have kaspersky internet security 2011. i have tried disabling it and i still get the same crash

Kaspersky is in the same category in the first bullet. Most of the time that is.

I suggest using Avast! free home antivirus. I've never had a problem with it (barring when the launcher was first released, and every AV thought it was suspicious)
