FTB Ultimate Crash

I keep getting this crash, whenever i try to break blocks quickly, this didnt happen before.

look at the file(s) below:

Welcome. Your Java is a little old and with only a crash log I can only assume that you have the launcher and packs installed in the proper location. Please follow the basic troubleshooting guide carefully and completely. This will update your Java and install the launcher/modpacks in a location that is the least likely to cause errors.

I am able to perfictly play ftb, but this crash only happens when I use the vijra, or whatever that is called to break blocks(using the slow break function with right click) to break 3(or if i'm lucky 4) blocks in a row!
