FTB Ultimate Crash

Well i got a crash while i was playing FTB Ultimate v1.1.2 with no apparent reason, first i tought i was on a corrupted world or a corrupted chunk but i tried with different worlds and it crashed always after playing for like 2 minutes, the log of my console is this http://pastebin.com/6MXDqBv8 and i really dont know why it crashes it worked fine some days ago but then i tried to play in my singleplayer world and it crashed after 1 or 2 minutes of playing normally

I just recently started to get Minecraft crashes but I've been playing FTB for a year now. I was Wondering if anyone could help me with the error code.
any help would be great.

well i actually did what that post sayd but now i have another problem: i was playing on my survival world and it freezed, didnt make a crash report or something else, then i closed the game and reopened it, entered to the world and it freezes inmediately, I tried to enter another world and it worked normaly. the only problem is at my main survival world and the log is here http://pastebin.com/3RindhnZ
