Hey everyone,

So I've set up a device that turns cobblestone into Gold, Copper, Tin and other stuff. Basically, 16 Tin can make 16 Cans. When you centrifuge Lava Cans, you get 18 Tin (A 2 Tin Profit). I want that 2 Tin Profit to go into a chest whilst the other 16 get crafted back into cans. How would I split them up so that the profit goes one way and the other 16 go a different way?

P.S It needs to be fully automatic!

It would be easier to just pipe the lava into the centrifuge in liquid form, then just have all of the tin you get to where you want it. Is there a reason you want to put lava into it in cells? Or... are you using xycraft aluminum to make Cans, so you can basically turn aluminum into Tin?

Look in NEI for a "distribution" pipe. It may or may not be in the pack, you'll just have to see. If it is there, that's exactly what you need.

Other alternative would be a diamond pipe. I those versions, it splits along designated quantities. Place 8 lots in one direction, and one lot in another.

Diamond pipe is not reliable though, because it splits by probability. So in the grand average you get 8 in one and 1 in the other direction, but individually you might see 4 in a row go down the "1" path and then none for the next 30.

AE is the best solution. A micro system with a level emitter set to create cans when there's less than 16, and another emitter set to export tin out of the system when it has 16 cans. Use an autocrafting table to create the cans.

Railcraft Loaders/Unloaders

Put the 16 tin in the buffer zone for the first unloader, and 2 for the next.

This, the profit is the exact same whether you use cans or liquid.
