Well I'll start off that I am hosting a server(signature), now I am the only person that has lag on the server.
I asked the other players and none of them has it.
My PC is rather high end machine.
Intel i7 950 3.07Ghz
6Gb DDR RAM
ASUS HD6870EAH
Internet connection of 20Mb/s.

* I know the speed test shows 15Mb/s but don't forget the distance between my home(Israel) to the server country(France).
I don't have FPS lag at all, my FPS run between 70-120+
The lag comes from out of no where, sometimes it doesn't show up at all.
Thing is when I access the server via RCON or ping it in CMD the ping is 50-150ms.
Now when I go IG I feel like I have 500-1500ms+...
My friend who has same ISP as me came onto the server and had no lag..
Now any ideas or thoughts on this weird lag/bug?
