FTB Ultimate 1.1.2 Server Crash

Hello internet. So I was hoping you guys might be able to help me out with my personal server. I was running a FTB Ultimate 1.0.1 server with no problems at all. Recently I tried to update to 1.1.2. I dropped in the new .jar file and replaced the other necessary files. Now the server won't start. I'm getting a "version check failed"' message.

Help me FTB Forum strangers, you're my only hope!

Seems like a redpower issue, backup your world/saves, delete the modpack folder, and try reinstalling it again.
