Bug FTB Ultimate 1.1.2 - Charge Stations

The NEI won't show me the recipes for the 4 different Charge Stations even though Misc. Peripherals 3.1 is included in the modpack and the normal recipes and the GregTech recipes don't work when you put them in the crafting bench, even though GregTech is included as well. I've completely reinstalled the FTB launcher and modpack but am still having this problem. I can give the items to myself in cheat mode with NEI but they are supposed to be craftable as well.
