I am currently playing with FTB Ultimate on modpack 1.1.0. What will happen if I switch to 1.1.2. Will my world ger corrupt or can I just continue with all my existing worlds.

As I also added some additional mods will those be erased ?
 
No, your world will not be corrupted. Yes, the extra mods you added will be erased. Be sure to re-install them before loading any saves.
