Forgive me for being the 1,000,000th person to ask about this but I'm just not getting anywhere. I've read all the posts I can find on the topic with no luck.
I'm running MineOS Turnkey and have several other modded servers running fine (Spigot for example). I'm working on getting a FTB - Ult. running now. I can get the profile to work. It will download the ZIP and extract it. I can even create a new server.
When I start the server I get the "green - Started" message saying that, at least to MineOS, it looks like the server is on its way up. After a few moments, when I look in the server log I get the error:

I've read a lot of other forum posts on this. There is concern that this is because the mods directory isn't being cleaned up before a new version is applied. So...I cleaned out all of the server and profile folders and re-downloaded. Same result. I downloaded on my Windows desktop and looked at the zip. It looks the same as what I see in MineOS. The only thing I can think of is that IF there really are duplicate mods then they are coming that way from the download from the server.
I'm really banging my head on this. I see things like:
ChickenChunks 1.3.1.2.jar
ChickenChunks.jar
...that came in the ZIP file. Are these considered dupes? Did I miss something in the documentation for setting up a FTB server where I'm supposed to manually deal with this?
