I am assuming since there is a modpack with it I can install it with FTB Ult in the coremods?

Also how would I do that with a FTB server?

I doubt you can put it on Ultimate, and even if you could, I think that it's a mods folder mod, also, there's likely to be many block and item id conflicts.
