Problem FTB:u runnig at 1400mb of 3gb (host fragnet)

Hi !!

I was wondering why my server ram using 1400mb of memory when FTB ultimate is installed, I've just been moved to a new location (sweden).. Normally it runs on 3-400mb when it is installed in UK at first I thought it was Fragnets fault, but when I run normal vanilla it drops to 1-200mb.. then when i install FTB again it raises to 1400mb again..

Smooth lag every 2 second.. less players, mods, plugins because of the high ram use.. i just don't get it, it used 3-400mb at start but now 1400, that 1gb of nothing..

Memory leak? How much memory would FTB normally run with??
