FTB-Trident Crash --> worlds deleted?

Details of the issue:
I've played on a Mac the Ftb Trident after i added a Server the game crashed and i restarted it.. after it had restarted all the world I've created were not listed! Are they deleted!? And if not how can i win them back? Thanks for Help!​
